DMAS Center was established in October 2019, however, it was officially established as a sole owner enterprise and recognized as an organization for persons with disabilities (OPD) in 2020. DMAS is a consulting organization that offers advisory services on disability inclusion and accessibility and DMAS Center provides technical expertise and coaching to private and public companies and organizations and accompanies them on the journey toward equal access to employment and services for persons with disabilities and to build the social-economic empowerment for persons with disabilities in the community and for the person with disabilities that willing to get the wage employment and to make sure that no one is left behind. The DMAS was established as Economic Empowerment for Person with Disability “2EPD” in 2006 from the desire of a group of five persons with disabilities to enable young people with disabilities to secure full-time employment or start their own business by providing them on the job training and/or an opportunity to acquire their first work experience.
