On October 22, MILI conducted its policy platform workshop, which was attended by 20 participants from 18 disabled people’s organizations (DPOs) in Myanmar, including five women. The workshop was led by MILI staff who had participated in the policy platform training on October 17. The workshop yielded five priority advocacy areas: education, employment, access to justice, elections and political participation, and accessibility in public transportation and information and communication technologies
